All of our products are designed to work within the Microsoft Windows environment.  The server hosting your website must be able to support ASP.NET 2.0 and requires DotNetNuke version 4.4.0 or 4.4.1 installed within the Website Application / Domain on that webserver.  The website requires Full Trust in .NET in order for any Web Services to operate, and Full File Permissions for the ASP.NET and Network Service users within NTFS settings on that website folder in order to install and operate DotNetNuke properly. 

All of our software installs within DotNetNuke as a series of Modules, HttpModules, Web Services etc.  The software is packaged to automate the installation process, but each module has some different additional steps required in order to activate or properly utilize the module.  In the case of our more complex server software, there are several manual steps that require access to the website via FTP.
