Printing or Emailing a Purchase Order
To send your purchase order to the supplier either by email or by snail mail you can click a button and it’ll be halfway there already.
The first icon is used to email the purchase order directly to the supplier. This functionality is currently not enabled within this release.
The second icon is used to print the order for mailing within the snail mail system the order must then be sent to the supplier via postal mail.
The third icon is the copy icon and can be used to begin a new purchase order from one that has already begun. All items currently on the order are copied along with quantities and costs.
The fourth icon lets you cancel an open purchase order.
